In Mr. Springirth's book about The Arcade and Attica RR book on page 108 shows a unnumbered Arcade & Attica RR snowplow(top photo) was this acquired new or second hand and who built it? As far as I can tell by looking at the photograph,it sure resembles a early Russell plow.

Is this the locomotive in question? No..thats FGLK 2308, which arrived in Geneva on May 9, 2009. the new one, the topic of this thread, will be FGLK 2309.. Still no reports of 2309 in Geneva..it is probably still in transit. and we still artent sure which Camas Prairie - Great Northwest unit it is....

When I last looked there was a LI RR FA in the Buffalo ,NY area, I think this is or was owned by the WNYRHS and was stored at the old Bethlehem Steel formerly the Lackawanna Steel site in Lackawanna,NY. I this going to be or was it already scrapped?

how about having a map added on either the cars or loco's when painted showing the route and region,where they're located,when the cars and loco's aren't on home rails. I believe it would be good for advertising which may attract more business to The Finger Lakes Railway and the Finger Lakes Region ...

Isn't The FINGER LAKES RAILWAY a joint venture between FARMRAIL and GENESSE and WYOMING RR and ? third party ?

Thinking about heritage and the such, what paint job do you think FGLK should use next? There are a couple of their locomotives running around in P&W candy corn colors and a blue/yellow hideous beast, not to mention the "new" locomotives coming in Santa Fe blue/yellow...I'm thinking P...

On pages 64 - 65 in the OCTOBER 2006 trains magazine, there is a article titled We,the Railfans,reserve the Right to bear cameras. I think this would fit right in with this topic . If no one has the article I have a scanned copy I'll gladly send one.
