I was wondering the same I did a little research on the net usually voltage from utility supplied at 115KV to a auto transformer that steps it down to 27KV the transformer has a center tap that can supply 12.5KV so by supplying 26KV they should be able to obtain 12.5KV look at http://en.wikipedia.or...

I just checked the EXIF Data in the images it states 5/3/2013 when uploaded to the website it states May 4 on the image I will try to correct Thank You The web site states the day it was uploaded this is an international website and the date is May 4 already I can not change it however the EXIF data...
