Looks like the subcontractor on the ballast load emplacement missed by a few yards. Looks like you get what you pay for in subcontractors.

Ok a post just to ask. How has this winter been treating the ME? How has the PAR meltdown been treating the ME. Par seems not to be able to move a train these days. Has the ME been getting anything to run a train for, if not is the only thing thats been running a plow trains?

Anything going on with the SLR? I have seen nothing posted even with the wonderful weather we have been having. How have winter operations been going?

I'm not sure that $2-3K of travel expenses per month for a person in that position is out of line. Would have to compare it to her predecessor or folks in similar positions in other transit authorities before I could make a determination It's out of line if the system is running a deficit. Period. ...

Anyone been down track side since the last storms? How is the railroad looking? Very large snow banks? Have they "borrowed" a plow from CSX / P&W, Panam? How soon do they get control of some of the CSX stuff off the southern end of the G&U? Just some questions I had. I foo like how...

With the winter weather we are having today it got me thinking. What type and how much snow cleaning equipment does the G&U have, how quickly can they dig out the line after this snowstorm. I have not been to the Grafton end off the line in a year so I am vague on what they have. Thanks for any ...

With the big storm that we are having it got me wondering what types and where it is stored does the Providence and Worcester RR have. They must have some. I don't remember seeing it when I was last down near the worcester engine house, though I admit I was looking at locomotives at the time. Does a...
