You would think SEPTA could just keep a couple push pull sets in constant operation over this line, turn it over to a NJT crew at Trenton and continue on to NYP. Just doesen't make sense now keeping these trains idle all day and all weekend. Use the damn things!

I recall reading somewhere that restrooms are NOT a requirement if the train's run is 100 miles or less.

With SEPTA runs only being 35 miles long or less (on a single side of the system, I guess they figured bathrooms would not be needed.

If restrooms were not standard on the Bombardier cab cars, I bet SEPTA would not have had restrooms on them either. In fact, when delivered, the cab cars only had their toilets and hand driers, but no sinks or other equipment.

Even now, only 4 of the cab cars have fully equipped restrooms....the rest still are minus their sinks, I think....
