One would think that would be the case, but it definitely isn't over Market Street. It was especially noticeable during the construction period where portions of the hold structure were hooked up to the new structure. You'd go from the old fashioned "clickety-clack" to a loud but smooth r...
The shells were definitely fabricated in Australia.
If you can find 299 of your closest friends and convince them that you will all use the station and will all walk to it, then go for it . Actually, you wouldn't direct your 299 friends to the Board, you'd direct them to the Annual Service Plan (and maybe to the Bucks County Commissioners to promise...
yea, we're all train geeks here who ride the rails for s**** and giggles on the weekends, when going to work every day it's the shortest ride possible that matters. Uh, there are definitely people here who take the train to work every day. We might take a extra trip here and there or plan a trip to...

I was wondering--if they want to make a good impression on these riders, are they purposely setting these trains up with Silverliner V's? Shiny new equipment can def...

You'd still need 2 tracks to avoid peak hour conflicts to and from west Trenton. To completely avoid them, yes. But a single track at the end of the line is less disruptive than one in the middle. For instance, in the off-peak hours, you've got an hour to get a train from Yardley to West Trenton, l...
Who programmed the Reginabot? That was perfect!

And then the question is whether this generation of young people will include enough people who want a railroad career, with its distinct positives and negatives.
Good to hear from you, JT.
