SD70MAC + SD80MAC renumbering

I noticed a typo on my part, 4528 should be 4527, also done now are SD70s 4511 and 4540 and SD80s 4596 and 4602.

4545 and 4558 now done.

Updated list as of this morning. I am told that the shops have been instructed to step it up a notch, as GE is expecting to be ready to deliver the ES44AC's sooner then first anticipated. I'm also told that's good, because CSX wants to start DPU ops sooner than originally planned.

Well I had the 779 on W08018 Herzog ballast train, and it is due its inspection in about 12 days so I would imagine that it will be history by the end of the month.

Interesting how they do the rear, I've seen one number in the middle of the rear hood, and 2 numbers, like numberboards.
