I understand Carolina Coastal is getting more trackage from NS. Anyone know which trackage exactly and why?
A quick Internet search yielded this information from the DOT's Surface Transportation Board:
Coastal Carolina will be leasing approximately 7.5 miles of track from MP 134.2, Kings Creek, to MP 141.35, Blacksburg, all within the confines of Cherokee County, South Carolina.

According to the writeup, they will provide rail service to International Minerals, the sole rail customer in Kings Creek.
