It's been hard to find one complete source with all rolling stock tenders from CRH, but I finally found one and decided to share it for those who haven't seen it yet:

Bombardier:
CRH1A - 40 Eight Car sets based off the Regina family; 5,300 kW, 250 kph
CRH1B - 20 Sixteen Car sets based off the Regina family; 11,000 kW, 250 kph
CRH1C - 20 Eight Car sets based of the new Zefiro family; ~9MW, 380 kph
CRH1D - 60 Sixteen Car sets based off the new Zefiro family; ~20MW, 380 kph
CRH1E - 20 Sixteen Car sleeper sets based off the new Zefiro family; 11,000 kW, 250 kph

Kawasaki (All types based on the Shinkansen E2-1000 unless otherwise noted):
CRH2A - 60 Eight Car sets; 4,800 kW, 250 kph
CRH2B - 20 Sixteen Car sets; 9,600 kW, 250 kph
CRH2C1 - 30 Eight Car sets; 7,200 kW, 300 kph
CRH2C2 - 20 Eight Car sets, slightly updated from C1 design; 8,760 kW, 360-380 kph

To help with the metric conversions:
250 kph = 155 mph
300 kph = 186 mph
380 kph = 236 mph

Not every train China is running on their new high speed tracks is super, state-of-the-art fast.
China is buying and building many trains with 155 mph max speeds, similiar to what Acela can reach.

Amtrak has 20 Eight Car sets with two of the cars in each set being locomotives. In comparison to China's train sets, the Acela sets are effectively just Six Car sets.
