We took a ride out on the cut off tonight, It was the first trip up there since last winter.
With all the rain the last few days it was like driving through a river in places. On the west end of Roseville tunnel there is a long deep cut through the hill. It's always flooded here but tonight the water was 1 1\2 feet deep in places. NJT has some real work to do on this section with all the water and rock slides.
