Speaking of Secaucus, why don't the folks at that terminal know anything about the "Football Train" that runs every Sunday from New Haven? Was coming back to SoNo on Sunday and nobody knew anything about it - I was told to buy Amtrak tickets to get back to Connecticut(!) Train came along right on time on Track A, startling the s%#@ out of the customer service guy on the platform who swore this train never existed.

Great service to/from the Meadowlands, btw, thank you.

Even more appalling - they've been doing this run-through for what, 5 years?

Can I ask what specific people you asked? Ticket agents? Customer Service?
