That's because of the new management lurking in the woods everybody's taking their time and doing 100% rule compliance to shove it up the company's a$@. That's why B725 keeps outlawing and B735's crew has to take the train north to Framingham.

I caught a radio transmission the other day from the N. Fram yard calling the FRA inspector in the yard. Does the FRA show up often?

Today (4/15) in Attleboro, sitting on Branch 5 on the Middleboro Secondary was the 6233 (head end facing South) and loaded cars, the usual load that comes in on B726 for exchange with B725. There must have been about 40 cars, I couldn't see if there were any crew members in the loco, I was driving on RTE 123

B726 and B725 are currently sitting on the Middleboro Secondary in Attleboro. The relieve crew arrived at 8:15 am 4/23 and there is a lot of cars, both tracks are being used, as well as about a quarter of a mile on the single iron heading South to Taunton. Each job has 4 engines. I expect B725 to head back to Framingham after 814 (10:02 Attleboro Dept.) heads East to Boston

**Update** 10:00am, overheard the Amtrak Mainline Dispatcher, he has yet to hear from the freight crew in Attleboro

**Update** 12:05pm, B729 (B725) headed North through Foxboro with 4 engines, 6205 leading, and 94 cars for Framingham
