I use the 18-55mm and 55-200 lenses I got with the camera. The first photo I shot with manual setting. Second one was with shutter priority. I think the ISO set at 200. I just mainly fiddle around with the camera to see if the shot comes at good. It looks good on the camera. But must of the time it ...

I check once and awhile to see if any trains are crossing over at Morristown, Madison or Summit. I noticed today they had for East Orange and Brick Church this past Saturday (Saturday, February 22 - 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. – outbound trains arrive on the center track). But nothing for South Orange or ...

Here is a list of all the interlockings on the ME, GS, and MC lines. Speeds with a question mark are a best guess. Morristown Line: TERMINAL- 15 EAST END- 30? WEST END- 30 LOWER HACK- 30 SANFORDS- 30? MEADOWS- 30? KEARNY JCT- 45? HARRISON- 30? BROAD- 30 ROSEVILLE AVENUE- 30 (most likely) GREEN- 45?...

Is Green Interlocking a limited speed one?

I just watched a video taken at Denville. Now I know that interlocking is a limited speed one. I guess the interlocking at Summit is a slow speed one?

I created a Facebook page on the the Morris & Essex (and the Gladstone & Montclair-Booton Line). I wanted to put down some information on the interlockings. I do searches on the lines. Not much comes up for what I'm looking for. I just need the name and the speeds for a train going through t...

I guess you mean this signals at Far Hills? http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1226915" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Since it is the shortest siding on the line. Makes sense to show slow approach since the signals are very close to each other. Unlike the ...

But what happens if you are rule 562 territory? Of course there is 15mph difference. It won't take long for the train to slow down if it's a passenger train. But if you get 45mph and have to approach the next signal at medium speed. Will the engine take over and start to brake?
