actually lookin at some pics I noticed that the other flats are actually shorter then 89'.

Interestin because they have brought loco's that way before all the way to the NYCT ramp and I thought they were usin the same flat for the job...............hmmm. Thanks for the info Sir Ray!

That ramp is actually one the new ones that MPi built for the MTA, there's another new one in the SBK yard right at the BQE. Or it could be the actual ramp was moved, maybe NYCT was havin problems unloadin in that little yard.

you can see the conveyer in the pic although it looks like a pretty big pit for that small belt. I'm wonderin what they are gonna use to jockey the cars around?

I know but only because I saw this yesterday, it wouldn't be fair so I'll let the others try.

@freightguy = any idea why that single car track in closed? it's got the usual yellow painted wood in an X shape in the gauge.

I agree wit Noel, I also think maybe they had to clear out b116 for somethin? There's new and older cars there so it can't be a scrap lay-up.
