saw 617 come thru Mamaroneck on what I believe was 190. It sounded like it had a few flat spots and was traveling quite slowly

anyone wanting to hear/ a Solari sign just go to Providence RI (a bit outside MNCR territory)

at 1845 a protect motor was approaching 137, but at that time power was restored with 942 still at the point and was only 35 min late into BWI.

Noted at Mott Haven wye today 3 flat cars wit PERX reporting marks. One of them had a crane marked PERX with what looked like a 30+ foot boom on it. the third car had a bobcat front loader.

Private wreck service or something to do with Harlem or Hudson line reconstruction?

My question was not about capacity pf NYP, any foamer contemplations, nothing about ESA or anything else based in logic but what the Governorr of NY knows about that everyone else on this forum does not.
