i was on 2168 on Friday and 195 Sunday caught in the same 40 min time tunnel. I would of thought Amtrak would of been able to recover on Friday night and Saturday. sighted in Mamaroneck NY EB at about 1:30p a ACS-64 with a three car train whit what appeared to be the Corridor Clipper and the Amtrak theatre car.
