0214-0425/11-09-2022 started off with the X 7.8 -- still "B&M Detector" -- giving a no defects and 426 acknowledging. I'd heard XNG noise inside my home at 0208, but none had gotten to me before then, so dunno if the wind had been busy rerouting sounds.
Things then went into quiet mode before and after brief Dispatcher-side hash at 0223.
At 0246, the 333 WLs were at Stop, a tied-down 264 on 1 with NSs 6942, 4365. and 8028 with occupied wells that would extend W past the all-Stops 334s, but not far enough W to have a marker visible at the also all-Stops 335s.
There was another spurt of Dispatcher-side hash at 0305 WB up Da Hill where the 345s were dark and 1 in the yard had 2 shorties, 2 scrap gons, unplacarded tanks and whatever else from the W of the Yard Lead switch to the covered hopper by the ambulance company. Tie stack? Yep.
EB, things were quiet until another spurt of Dispatcher-side hash at 0320, the same time that 333 looked the same as it had at 0246.
Further E, the EB staggers for the 330 showed an Approach for and a Stop for 2, the 330.8 WBs both at Clear, the 330s all at Stop, and the GL WLs dark. Racks had been visible just E of Rollstone Street and again at the Bike Shop/Zeda's and then single-high blue containers either side of the platform. The FG WLs were at Stop, the dark power W of the gym. Guessing 16R.
At 0336, there was D- garble to BODO, mebbe a lined-and-locked-normal check, and dark, solo, and W-facing KCIR 5953 sat in the FI-1/2 parking spot, the W end of East Side looking MT.
At 0343, the EB staggers for Derby were dark and the slurry and box were still on the RVJ stub, but the covered hopper -- the W-most of the 3 -- was elsewhere.
At 0346 , there was garble about 426 and entering YLs, only 0403 AMTK and 0406 NECR hashes breaking the silence.
0423 was the 1st D-3 reception -- a breaking roger to somebody about something, naught else by the end of listening at the end of 0425.

0220-0410/11-11-2022 was on the quiet side, the 1st compasny rerception being 9246 D-3 garble, possibly to or about AY-3.
At 0252, the 333 WLs were dark, the usual Stops for the 334 ELs and darkness for the 1 WB stagger and 335s following, radio silence in force until most of the way WB upo Da Hill and at 0303 when 16R got talking about being in the clear.
The rest of the way up Da Hill, the 345s ELs were at Stop and the 1 WL at Medium Clear. Cars wer standing on 2 at the Timpany Boulevard UGB, but a cut was being hauled in on 4 by NSs 6983, 1234, 6965, 9872, and 4243. Yes -- 5 units.Guessing 16R and EDPO mighta been combined since 16R normally runs through Gardner. At 0310, the C advised that they were just clearing the Main, the power not quite to the Rte. 2 W OHB. Given the amount of walking and winding and testing before headpinning and heading back to the rest of their train, I got myself EB well ahead of them.. The Sameolesameole Ledger? The ties between the House and MART fence and --later -- the slurry and box on the RVJ stub.
To mark the day, the message boards on Rte 2 EB that had been advising of lane closures alternated between "THANK YOU" and "VETERANS."
At 0321, the 333 WLs were dark, and further E, the EB staggers for 330 were at Approach, all else up to and including the EB staggers for Derby -- at 0340 -- dark.
At 0328, there had been D-3 hash to or about FI-2, and at 0334, the FI-1/2 parking spot was MT and a string of covered hoppers sat on the W end of East Side.
There were rare and short spurts of hash up until the 0410 end of listening.
M426 or M427? Naught outta the speaker and naught of nearby XNG noise.
 #1610209  by jaymac

0220-0410/11-14-2022 started off silent until 0245 when D-3 advised FI-2 that he needed them to tie down where they were and that he'd cab them over to 264 who'd run out of time, and that 264 was in the middle of AY. 4 later, my position had changed enough that Mount Wachusett was now a factor and breaking further D-3 contributions, the 1st breakage a hedzup to 264 about FI-2 and the 2nd -- 2 later -- to FI-2 that 264 was by the church and still on the Main, that followed by mebbe yarding instructions. To rewind, there had been 2350/11-13. 0000 and 0010/11-14 XNG noises heard inside my home, but nothing to, from, or about M426 would exit the speaker, so guessing they mighta been given to MP X 24 until 264 was outta the way.
At 0252, the 333 WLs were dark and -- in the stereotypical sequence -- the 334 ELs at Stop and the 1 WB stagger and 335s dark.
Further WB up Da Hill and at 0300, D-2(two) gave a breaking 241 , only "7541" and "Northern Main" clear. Just after that, a few broken 16R convos started. The 345 ELs were at Stop and the 2 WL at Medium Clear. 4 in the yard had mixed genera from about the E FP to the the Pratt yard that included tanks, covered hoppers, a hazmat container table, and a West Fraser-tented centerbeam. 16R's power was however far W of the Timpany Boulevard UGB, and even if the walking and unwinding was over, there was still update paperwork to be done, so I got EB.
If occasional travelers on Rte. 2 EB need something to look forward to, the message boards and barrels for the repaving project have disappeared.
At 0325, the 333 WLs were dark. The EB staggers for 330 would be at Approach, all else up to and including the EB staggers for Derby -- at 0345 -- dark.
At 0350, a breaking D-3 called out to FI-2, no immediate further receptions. That would be repeated at 0359, so mebbe D-3 changed to Yard Channel both times, although there was a broken "427(seven), over" at 0401, silence resuming for the balance of my trip.

0215-0415/11-16-2022 had naught until 0220 NECR hash. 3 later, D-3 answered somebody, naught else getting heard, so mebbe he put in a light.
At 0235, D-3 garbled something, courtesy of Mount Wachusett. 9 later, D-3 called out to M427, went into garble mode yet again with something about 426, and after a pause, gave a roger and all correct. There had been 0035 XNG noise heard inside my home with nothing else in the usual intervals, so guessing it had been an EB at X 7.8.
Company radio silence -- for me at least -- would kick in, and at 0251, the 333 WLs were dark, Stops for the 334 ELs and darkness for the 1 WB stagger and 335s to follow.
Up Da Hill, the 345s were dark, the yard was MT, and the tie stack--like all else -- had acquired a bit of snow.
EB and at 0314, there was D-3 garble to or about 427, and 10 later, he answered FI-2, rogered what they said, confirmed they were lined and locked normal, and OKd them to continue E. That 10 later was also when the 333 WLs maintained darkness.
Further E, the EB staggers for 330 were at Approach and after a refueling stop. -- OT: Cleghorn $3.61 nonmember regular, Main Street $3.71 -- all other signals from the 330.8 WBs up to and including the EB staggers for Derby at 0349 were dark. Yes, the slurry and box were still on the RVJ stub.
The FI-1/2 parking spot had been MT at 0342, covered hoppers on the W end of East Side.
At 0356, D-3 answered FI-2 who said something broken about a runaround, D-3 next giving the 5948 a 241 for 2 at WL to 2 on the Freight Main, so Arrowhead was getting worked. FI-2's read-back had been clear, clearer than D-3.
Except for the P&W Dispatcher St. Albans at 0409, all else was silence until the 0415 end of listening.
 #1610469  by jaymac

0215-0420/11-18-2022 started off quiet, D-3 breaking the silence at 0225 when he entered into a mutually-broken convo with M427, the clarity being "PTC breaker." 1 later, D-3 answered a hashing M426(six), followed by more hash, followed by "District 3 out," so guessing it mighta been entry into DCS.
0235 would produce more M427/D-3 breakage, and 10 later, 427 called D-3, D-3 answered x3, and 427 then said it kept on doing the same thing. Mount Wachusett next kept on doing the same thing by trashing D-3's response.
At 0248, the 333 WLs were dark, Stops for the 334 ELs and darkness for the 1 WB stagger and 335s to the accompaniment of protracted and mebbe spurious Road-side hash.
Part way WB up Da Hill came the sounds of 16R calling D-3, D-3 answering and issuing a broken-to-me Form D G302 to NS 6971. a presumable Line 13 saying they might leave MP BF 48 -- the FG ELs. 16R's readback was broken and D-3's time-effective was hash.
Up Da Hill, the 345s were dark. 1 in the yard had covered hoppers from the W end of Chair City Oil to the midpoint of the Pratt Yard, a RailBox on the W. From a bit W of the E FP, 4 had 2 LP and 1 unplacarded tanks and then more covered hoppers however far W. 2 looked MT. At 0308 and again at 0309, D-3 spoke with what sounded like WA89, the 1st hash about New Bond, the 2nd saying they could bring it up to New Bond. More to follow. The Sameolesameole Ledger entries continued to be the tie stack between the House and MART fence and -- later -- the slurry and box on the RVJ stub.
EB was quiet. The 333 WLs were dark at 0320, and further E, the EB staggers for 330 were at Approach, all else from the 330.8 WBs up to the GL WLs dark,
The FG WLs, however. were at Stop, an EB rack with marker just getting E at 0330. 16R probably, but never got radio confirmation. At 0332, the FI-1/2 parking spot was MT, and racks had come to a stop on East Side. 5 later, the EB staggers for Derby were dark.
0341 was when D-3 gave FI-2 with the 5958 permission to reverse direction from where they stood and proceed W to CPF-AY. Dunno whether they were finished or part-way through working Arrowhead.
0349 was when AY-3 called out to D-3, increasing distance hashing any further AY-3 receptions, Mount Wachusett doing the same for any D-3 responses.
A side trip to New Bond was taken where dark CSXTs 3202 and 7013 and NewBlues 7523 and 7562 sat E of however many Herzog hoppers, so somewhere's getting stone.
The balance of the trip was quiet until 0419 Road-side hash that got no D-3 response by the end of the 0420 end of listening.

Hoping that stone is for the Worcester main - they've cleaned out out a lot of the old ballast in the last few weeks. OT - back in the old Conrail days they would give form D's to "Shay" (Shea?) to NESE's for westbounds that stopped at New Bond. (SENE's would wait on P&W track to the west of New Bond - and this would be called "New Bond"). What was the significance of "Shay" and how was it different from "New Bond"? thanks
 #1610516  by CPF363

In 1989, the Worcester Route Main Line opened for auto traffic only for forwarding to to the Ford distribution yard just east of Ayer. These trains were run by Conrail as far as the Hill Yard. A local Guilford crew would manage the switching and bring empty auto racks back to the Hill Yard for pickup by the next Conrail auto train. At that time, a "Form M" was used between Barber (junction with the Gardner Branch) and Harvard e.g. no yard limits between the two points and new crew change en route. Then came the freight in 1990, run by Guilford crews east of Barber. These trains changed crews at New Bond Street, so the main line segment was slightly shortened to just east of New Bond Street called Shay, establishing yard limits between Barber and Shay where crew changes would occur in both directions. Sometimes trains would sit there for hours waiting for re-crews blocking P&W access to their line to Gardner, so the yard limit was further extended eastward from Barber to Burncoat Street, eliminating Shay, making it so that Conrail and later CSX east bound trains would pull up to completely clear the Barber switch where Guilford crews would board and head east. Unrelated to the question, the last change was the other end of the line where the Hill Yard was extended west to MP 25 near the route 2 overpass, DCS "From D" territory used between Burncoat and MP 25.

0220-0435/11-21-2022 started off slow, naught coming outta the speaker until 0241 and 0245 Dispatcher-side hash.
At 0253, the 333 WLs were dark and -- in a change - the 334 ELs and 1 WB stagger all at Stop. 0257 was when FI-2 reached out to D-3, advised that they were lined and locked normal, and asked if they were OK to head W. Because of my position relative to Mount Wachusett -- right by the 334 ELs -- D-3 was inaudible, but FI-2 said something about CPF AY.
The 335s were all at Stop, and -- except for number boards -- dark NS 6965 sat just E of the 1 EL trailed by 2 illegible and elephant-style stablemates and then covered hoppers -- including shorties -- past the State Road/Rte. 2A UGB. Guessing 11R.
At 0311, there was Yard-Channel hash, and 2 later, D-3 told M427 they were to go down IM-3 and pick up freight off 11
Up Da Hill, the 345s were dark and the yard crammed. The Extension and Yard 1 had 12 unplacarded tanks -- including at least 1 ADMX-- and then a small break followed by covered hoppers W to the Pratt Yard. 2 had a mix of general freight, and 4 had covered hoppers and hoonose what else to close to the W FP. At 0319, D-3 answered M427, naught else getting to me until 0321 when D-3 OKd M426(six) to bring them up, a crew waiting for them at Barbers. And no, the tie stack hadn't gone anywhere.
The EB trip started off quiet, and at 0333, the 333 WLs were dark. Further E, the EB staggers for 330 were at Approach, all else up to and including the GL WLs dark.
The FG WLs were at Stop, the 5958 just a bit E on 2, and at 0346, there were tanks on the W end of East Side, covered hoppers 1 track to the S. At 0349, D-3 told M426 to stand by a moment, and FI-2 said something about getting a swirch and signal for East Side, D-3's response hashed.
At 0354, D-3 again called out to M426. 1 later, the RVJ lot was active, so there was no viewing of the EB staggers for Derby, but the slurry and box still seemed to be on the stub.
At 0355, D-3 again called out to M426, and answered them, issuing time-effective 0357 Form D G301 that gave CSXT 476 from Burncoat to MP X 25. D-3 hedzupped 426 that 427 was in the yard and had a small pickup, but by the time 426 got up there, 427 would be ready.
At 0409 and a bit beyond, there was Yard-Channel hash. 427?
At 0420, the X 7.8 announced he was checking train, my arrival too late for a full power ID. The lead 27 or 28 cars were solar-paneled CSXT stone cars, so guessing Rigby or further E. The other 51 were boxes -- including Pan Ams and a Big G-- plus covered hoppers, a pair of MT centerbeams, and unplacarded tanks, both long black and shortie white. A fair number of cars had snow in their trucks and rigging, so guessing they'd gotten outta Buffalo just in time. The gates went up and the X 7.8 gave a no defects at at 0424. 78 or 79 cars in 4 minutes might make it seem like the MAS had been increased, but no. Just a lotta short cars.
Naught else sensible came outta the speaker in the next 11 minutes.
 #1610788  by jaymac

0215-0410/11-23-2022 was quiet until 0221 P&W Yard hash that was followed in a few by D-3 answering CSX M427 -- his phrasing -- and acknowledging they were into DCS. Next came D-3's wishes for a good night and Happy Thanksgiving, which I'll echo. Dunno if MAS has been increased, but naught further was heard to, about, or from 427, including power noise to the E when I got outta my car at 0410, a normal expectation for 10 MPH MAS.
There was 0234 activity from the P&W Dispatcher St. Albans, but then a spell of radio silence.
At 0249, the 333 WLs were dark, and 2 later there was a period of Dispatcher-side hash, possibly a 241 or permission to reverse direction since there would be a "correct" and "District 2 out" as my position changed.
The 334 WLs were at Stop and the 1 WB stagger and 335s dark.
There would be brief Dispatcher-side hash at 0302, and next, the 345 ELs were at Stop, The view of the WLs showed darkness, and unless the 0302 hash was the 346.6, I was guessing an EB had gotten E, more about which later. The yard was MT, and the tie stack was still in place, as would be the slurry and box on the RVJ stub later.
The EB trip started off quiet, and at 0318, the 333 WLs were dark. The EB staggers for 330 showed an Approach for 1 and Clear for 2, support for the guess about an EB E of Gardner.
Post refueling stop -- Cleghorn Cumby's $3.53 nonmember regular, Main Street $3.71 -- all was dark from the 330.8 WBs up to and including the EB staggers for Derby at 0341.
At 0329 and in the sag just W to the 330 ELs, there had been D-3 hash to somebody, followed by Yard-Channel hash. At 0336, the FI-1/2 parking spot had been MT, 1 tank on the W end of East Side and covered hoppers to the S. 2 later, D-3 reached out to FI-2 and asked where they were looking to head, East Side being the response, East Side Yard being D-3's repetition. FI-2 had been reasonably strong, but they must been E of Derby, given the darkness on the staggers.
There was brief 0347 Yard-Channel hash that became more frequent at 0355 and later. At 0407, D-3 answered AY-3 and OKd them down to 312. The Yard-Channel hash would continue until the end of listening at the end of 0410, frequent to suggest car countdowns.
 #1610904  by jaymac

0215-0405/11-25-2022 started off with 264 doing car countdowns on Yard Channel. These receptions would continue long enough to indicate that 264 was long enough to have needed at least 2 IM tracks, the final attributable reception coming at 0247 with "264, release the test."
At 0250, the 333 WLs were dark, Stops for the 334 ELs and darkness for the 1 WB stagger and 335s to follow.
Up Da Hill, the 345s were dark. The Extension and the E part of 1 had 5 covered hoppers and 1 plug-door RailBox, and 4 was nearly FP-FP with a mix of covered hoppers and tanks. At 0308, D-3 garbled something to somebody, dunno the antenna. The Sameolesameole Ledger entries continued to be the tie stack between the House and MART fence and -- later -- the slurry and box on the RVJ stub.
EB and at 0316, there was the start of a Yard-Channel hash-storm that ended a bit before seeing the 333 WLs dark at 0321. 3 later, D-3 answered M427 and -- ZombieZone rules now going into effect -- hashed something about AY.
Further E, the EB staggers for 330 were at Approach, all else dark up to and including the EB staggers for Derby at 0341.
At 0335, NewBlue 5958 had been dark, solo and E-facing in the FI-1/2 parking spot, possibly blocking the view of the solo tank that had been on the W end of East Side, but not the string of covered hoppers to the S.
At 0344, D-3 reached out to FI-3(three) and asked their power lineup. The hashed response got a "District 3 out."
The only other reception before the 0405 end of listening came at 0404 from the P&W Dispatcher St. Albans.
 #1611068  by jaymac

0220-0415/11-28-2022 had as its prelude 0106, 0124, and 0136 EB XNG noises heard for Burncoat, X 6.0 and X 7.8 from inside Château-jaymaque followed by later over-the-air mentions of M426. Sure seems like no boost yet in MAS.
There was 0228 Dispatcher-side hash followed in 2 by clarity to FI-2, giving the 5958 permission to reverse direction from where they stood and proceed W to CPF Derby. That was followed by a question about how many cars they were bring back, followed by a roger without repetition.
At 0239, D-3 asked AY-3 if they were ready to reverse, that resulting in the 7595 getting permission to reverse direction from where they stood and to proceed 1 W to CPF AY.
At 0251, the 333 WLs were dark, the 334 ELs later at Stop and the 1 WB stagger dark. At 0257, there was Dispatcher-side garble asking which track whoever they were would be shoved in on, then more garble, then a mention of OX, and then a good night, suppositions to follow.
WB up Da Hill, there was Dispatcher-side hash at 0303 and 0304, possibly D-2.
Up Da Hill, the 345s were dark and the yard crammed. The Extension and 1 had tanks, covered hoppers, a box, 3 centerbeams with indecipherable-from-the-distance branding I hadn't seen before. 2 had covered hoppers and hoonose what else, and 4 had covered hoppers, at least by the E FP. Tie stack? Yep. Public safety encroachments had started at 0308 and lasted until I was outta range EB., the quiet getting broken at 0324 by D-3 garble to M426 about 427, the same time as the 333 WLs were dark.
The EB staggers for 330 were at Approach, all else dark up to and including the EB staggers for Derby at 0349, where the slurry and box were on the RVJ stub.
There had been spurts of ZombieZone hash, but at 0336, FI-3(three) started a series of increasingly clear car countdowns that would end at 0339 with a that's good. So mebbe D-3's 0257 breakage had been to FI-3 and mebbe FI-3 was a rebranded EB, especially since some more of the same wrapped centerbeams would be seen on the W end of East Side in a couple. Rebranded 16R or EDPO? Never heard a power ID that might give a hint.
0341 was when NewBlue 5958 had been dark, solo, and E-facing in the West Side FI-1/2 parking spot, and in 1 more, a D-3 answered the famous "somebody calling" and garbled about light power and AY-3 setting off the Ayers.
Things would now go into quiet mode for the balance of the trip, the exceptions being 0355 D-2(two) hash, 0401 P&W Dispatcher St. Albans on Road, and then 2 later P&W Yard hash.
The recent winds were rough on inflatable holiday decorations.
 #1611204  by jaymac

0215-0440/11-20-2022 started at the start with brief Road-side hash, and at 0222, the P&W Dispatcher St. Albans got on their Road Channel.
0224 was when things got interesting. The still-B&M MP X 7.8 talker got on the air, and the gates dropped about 200 yards to the N of me. too late to see the power. That was also when D-3 got on the air with a convo to M426 about the power lineup and orientation, killing any possibility of a car count. 0228 was when the gates went up and the talker gave a no defects, and I was off to Prescott Street. 0244 was when those lights went on, CSXTs 3068 -- PTC? -- plus 71, 1240. -- addition to Rigby or rotation? -- 8846, and 4090 getting 59 E at 0250. Besides boxes and covered hoppers, there were a few scattered LPG, other placarded and unplacarded tanks, a mini-bulkhead of sheet steel, C&D high-side gons, and an HCl tank carrying the marker. Prescott Street is MP X 11.2 for those with a wish to do the MPH math.
Things went into quiet mode, and at 0310, the 333 WLs were dark. 2 later, there was a spell of Dispatcher-side hash, mebbe D-2. The 334 ELs were at Stop and the 1 WB stagger dark at 0315, the same time that AY-3 with the 7595 reached out to D-3, repeating at 0316 and next advising they were ready to head down to the Milling with 28 loads and that -- for reasons not given out over the air -- they wouldn't be able to get in the clear, OKing and rogering whatever D-3 said, which never got to me given that Mount Wachusett is between the 334 ELs and the Paxton antenna. In another couple, the 335s were dark, and at 0325 there was more Dispatcher-side hash, but these would eventually resovle to public-safety encroachments.
Up Da Hill, the 345 ELs were dark, but at 0328, the 346.6 came on. The view from in back of the computer company showed the 345 ELs at Stop, the 1 WL going to Clear by 0331. 2 and 4 in the yard seemed pretty much FP-FP with mostly covered hoppers and tanks.
At 0335, the 346.6 gave a no defects, 438 total axles, 24º, and 7700'. The W started getting loud and bright, NSs 6942, 9444, and 7611, coming to a stop by the MART garage at 0339 and trailing general.
There was no transportation visible in the lower lot, so I obeyed the Clear on the the 1 WL and got myself EB. At 0344 and when I was E of the Rte. 2 crest, there was a garbled "16R" reception, so that seemed to settle the ID.
At 0350, the 333 WLs were dark, and further E, the EB staggers for 330 were at Approach. Post refueling stop (Cleghorn Cumby's $3.38 nonmember regular and Main Street $3.71), the 330.8 WBs and all else up to and including the FG WLs were dark.
At 0408, the FI-1/2 parking spot was MT, covered hoppers on the W end of East Side. 6 later, the RVJ lot was active, so there was no view of the EB staggers for Derby, bulk haulers blocking the view of the stub.
There had been spurts of Yard-Channel hash, 0421 providing an clear, but, unattributable "20 cars," occasional hash resuming. The only other clear reception up to the 0440 end of listening was from Boston West at 0429.
 #1611369  by jaymac

0225-0440/12--02-2022 started off with the P&W Dispatcher St. Albans conducting activity on the Yard Channel. 3 later Ayer Yard-Channel hash started making the 1st of frequent, yet intermittent contributions.
0244 was when D-3 answered FI-2, rogered what they said, and OKd them W to CPF AY, suggesting that Arrowhead activities were concluded.
At 0255, D-2(two) answered a TC -- number broken -- and issued an equally broken Form D. 3 later, the 333 WLs were dark, the usual Stops for the 334 ELs and darkness for the 1 WB stagger and 335 following.
As a further indication that it was both cold and December, the slope lights for Mount Wachusett were on, that bulk blocking good reception of D-3's 0306 question to someone about a marker being on an engine.
Up Da Hill, the 345s were at Stop, general on the 2 from the computer company to the W lot of LaChance Interiors, with bills in a baggie in the E knuckle. Given that only 2 in the yard seemed to have cars -- high-side scrap gons E and then covered hoppers -- dunno about the choreography. Mebbe the P&W would be a lot bringing up. OCD being in effect today, a trip was made to 346, the E MT and the WL at Stop at 0332, the same time that D-3 answered the caller, who turned out to be AY-Relief with the 7541 who got permission to reverse direction from where they stood and proceed W on the 1 to CPF Camp. Naught further would come outta the speaker to, from, or, about those guys. The Sameolesameole Ledger contained only the tie stack between the House and MART fence, the RVJ stub later looking MT.
EB and at 0344, there were broken public-safety encroachments, and at 0351, the 333 WLs were dark. Further E, the EB staggers for 330 showed an Approach for 1 and an Approach Slow for 2, suggesting that 400 would be on 2 to 330. All other signals up to and including the FGs dark.
At 0405, dark, solo, and E-facing NewBlue 5963 was in in the FI-1/2 parking spot, covered hoppers being on the W end of East Side. 5 later activity in the RVJ lot prevented a viewe of the EB staggers for Derby.
At 0414, a loud-and-clear somebody said, "You got marker 4007, " adding "CSX" and then "M427, have a good trip" to somebody else's broken question.
2 later, D-3 answered M427, stating that M426 with CSXT 5200 was E and clear of MP X 25 by marker and then fulfilled Form D G302. 12-01 musta been a slow day for D-3 Form Ds cuz D-3 now issued Form D G301 to CSXT 3317 for MP X 25 to Burncoat, time effective 0418, with a permission out added.
0423 was when D-3 answered AY-3, next giving an OK on signal indication at 312. 4 later D-3 answered M427, advised he was ready to copy, and rogered without repeating what ever 427 said.
Later, D-3 would again answer AY-3 and give the 7595 a 0432 241 for the Single W to 2 at CPF 312. The final 8? Not even hash.

0220-0420/12-05-2022 started off going nowhere cuzza frost on the windshield -- the inside of the windshield. 0221 was when FI-2 called D-3 on Channel 1 to advise that OX was lined and locked normal and asking for an OK to to continue down to Lafarge. D-3 was responding, but was broken, so dunno what antenna he mighta been on since Paxton is clear in my driveway. There was a D-3something about somebody at AY, and FI-2 said they'd give a call when they were ready to leave Lafarge.
There would be more Dispatcher-side hash at 0227, but silence until Boston East garble at 0235, followed in 1 by a now-clearer D-3 answering AY-3 and OKing them on signal indication. Another 1 later, D-3 advised M427 of a change in yarding instructions. They were to come in IM-1 and do their set-off on IM-3 to clear the 2-to-3 switch by the pad. This got repeated, and garble resumed, except for clarity about leaving room for the pig train, more to follow. 0241 produced more Dispatcher-side hash, 3 later Dispatcher-side being clearer when D-3 asked 427 if their rear engine was the 518 or 305, next asking for a complete power lineup cuz he had varying reports, and then concluding with "Just the 2?" There was the more garble involving AY-2(two).
At 0258, the 333 WLs were all at Stop, dark KCIR 7594, NewBlue 7523, KCIR 7620, and NewBlue 5963 and trailing general having done that. the 334 ELs and 1 WB stagger were all at Stop, and lidded CHUXs were visible, evidence in addition to the power that this might be an EDPO. Both sides of the 335s were also at Stops, the marker by the E end of the State Road/Rte. 31 UGB.
Up Da Hill, the 345s were dark. Radio silence got broken at 0319 when D-3 answered FI-2 and rogered what they then said. The Extension and 1 up to the ambulance company had a mix of covered hoppers, a clear-tented centerbeam, and tanks, some unplacarded, but a string of LPGs to the W. Probably from the presumed EDPO. Tie stack? Yep. And possible transportation waiting in the lower lot.
EB, the radio silence got noncompany breakage, possibly public-safety encroachments.
The 0334 status at 333 was as before, and the EB staggers for the 330s were at Approach, all else up to and including the EB staggers for Derby dark at 0354, the FI-1/2 parking spot having been MT at 0348 and covered hoppers on the W end of East Side.
There had been and would continue to be sporadic Yard-Channel hash, and at 0411, D-3 called out to 264 with yarding instructions -- 1 to 2 to 3, advising 264 to keep an eye out for 427 who was just pulling off IM-1 to do the set-off,and giving an all correct on the readback.
At 0418, D-3 answered 427 and gave a roger. More musta been said cuz there was a 2nd roger. The final 2 were quiet.
