0220-0421/10-05-2022, started off quiet, naught louder than the rain until 0227 AMTK hash. The Corman equipment had left the X7.8 crossing, but a pair of reflective barricades were on either side of Temple Street. There was a detour sign at Shrewsbury Street, but the sign had gone from Prescott Street.
At 0246, there was Dispatcher-side hash, and 3 later, D-3 answered 426, issuing Form D G301 to CSXT 474 for Burncoat to X25 with a Line 12 for Temple Street, X7.80, Shrewsbury Street, X6.00, and Burncoat Street, X4.60. Yes, given in that order. D-3 had a few more words after the 0248 time effective, but they got sliced and diced by Mount Wachusett. 1 later, there was more Dispatcher-side garble, but D-2's, "BODO" and "proceed eastward" being clear. 3 later produced only 2 words -- "radio check."
At 0254, the 333 WLs were dark, 4 later producing brief Road-side hash. The 334 ELs were at Stop and the 1 WB stagger and 335s dark.
0303 provided Dispatcher-side hash a "Roger" concluding, 1 later being PW Yard's turn for hash.
Up Da Hill, the 345s were dark. From the E FP to the midpoint of the Pratt yard, 4 had a mix of covered hoppers, LPG and unplacarded tanks, and 1 box. The regulator, tamper, and tie display was wet, but otherwise unchanged.
EB, there were a coupla spurts of Dispatcher-side hash at 0320, and the 333 WLs were dark at 0328. Further E, the EB staggers for 330 showed an Approach for 1 and Stop for 2. Post refueling stop, the 330.8 WBs showed a Clear for 1 and a Stop for, the 330s all at Stop and the GL WLs dark.
There had been black tanks visible at the Bike Shop/Zeda's, any possible placards blocked from view. The tanks at the platform were slurries, so an EDPO seemed a good guess. The FG WLs were at Stop, but no power visible, even to the W by the substation embankment. At 0346 and while 1 was still in the gym lot, D-3 gave FI-2 with the 505 permission to open up and occupy the #2 Main at Moores and proceed E to CPF AY. Strangely enough, 505's readback was a bit scratchy, but strong, despite the miles and topography, D-3 gave the time on switch as 0346, FI-2 repeating.
3 later, the FI-1/2 parking spot was understandably MT. There were covered hoppers on the W end of East Side, but neither sight nor sound of possible EDPO power. In another 6, the RVJ lot was active, so there was no view of the EB staggers for Derby, but 1 covered hopper was on the W end of the stub.
At 0402, D-3 repeated that 426 was into DCS at this time, that followed by NECR hash.
0412 was when D-3 answered 16R, rogered whatever they next said., next asking FI-2 if they were able to take the signal at CPF AY, rogering the response.
0420 was when D-3 241d 16R with NS 6950 1 W at CPF AY to 1 and back to their train. D-3 closed out my listening experience with a request to FI-2 to determine if the Moores XVR had been lined and locked normal for the #2 Main, rogering the response.
There had been no encounter with 426 at the X7.8 crossing, naught from the X7.8 talker as of 0421, and no XNG noise as of posting time.
