Unusual sight today. Almost all western LD on or close to on time. Same for 85% of all trains In system. No extremely late anywhere nationwide. No service disruptions. What happened?

Service disruption on NEC between NYP and NRO due to "overhead power issues" threatens my planned trip to take the Vermonter to WRJ today. 
Observed #6(5) 125ML @ 18.32 yesterday.
