Maybe they're lowering the air pressure to drop the decibels a bit. I know a lot of people have complained at how loud those horns are.

are you talking about the boot print or the tiny little dent? there's no love lost on me for the sV's, but i don't think you can indict them for that.

No they aren't late with the story, just because the cars were on the property didn't mean they were accepted by Septa, the Dec 17th date reflects the date that all after production modifications and required running times were completed and the cars officially handed over to Septa from the testing/running in/ teething stage
