Does Pan Am still have the trackage rights (legacy of the Maine Central) to Vanceboro?

Did Guilford/Pan Am ever exercise these rights and conduct interchange at Vanceboro instead of Mattawamkeag?

Talking two different things, trackage and overhead rights...The line to SJ is an "Overhead Rights" section. I'm wondering about trackage rights, which should only extend from Mattawamkeag to Vanceboro. This agreement stretches back to '72 when MEC sold CP the line. They kept the right to run trains to Vanceboro with their own crews, and Maine Central did so until at least 1981. Continuing to interchange at least some maritimes traffic with CP at Vanceboro.

A quick question: could someone please explain the difference between trackage, haulage, and overhead rights as those terms are used in the Pan Am map legend? Assume I know astonishingly little. Thanks!
