Anyone travel on I-75, SOUTH in the Toldeo Area, over the yard? I saw what appeared to be an Interurban car.... it had the Pantographs on both ends, so it had to have power! It looked like an old passenger car with pantographs.... painted in a purple-over-white paint scheme... extremely rusted...

Anyone know what it was??

The car mentioned was supposedly to be used as a train that went from the Toledo Zoo down to the 5/3 BallField. The gentlemen that wanted to start this railroad didnt know the neighborhood, nor the former tracks to be "re-built" to run on. Ending up to be way too much $$ and all plans fell through. This was at least 4 years ago and the car mentioned was shuttled around Toledo for about a year before being "hidden" in x-wabash's Stedman yard.
