Three ex-D&H passenger cars are stored on a siding north of Marienville, PA. These cars have been converted to work cars. They are painted gray, but still have some of their D&H markings.

#701 (? - hard to read the number)

The K&K is for sale.

What is the heritgae of these cars? Are they all original D&H cars or were they acquyired secondhand? If any are former Erie or DLW cars I know of parties that might be interested in acquiring them.

The numbers are all ones of D&H head end cars that the railroad bought new. I don't have my copy of the D&H Color Guide on me, but I suspect the 701 was an RPO and the other two baggage cars (one possibly converted from an RPO).
