I heard all jobs in the Reno/Sparks area are TSE's, is this true.
Is there a 5 year pay scale out west or do you start out @ 100%?

gotcha... guess i've avoided the yard jobs wherever possible. I get enough ground work on the grain lines

I was told a TSE is a "travelin' switch engine" (industry work) maybee one of these old heads can clear this up.
