Shortlines near Kansas City, MO

I currently work for CEVA Logistics in KCMO. Its a rail yard that deals with auto racks. Im a conductor that get paid 17.00/hr. I work 12 hr shifts, 36 hrs one week and 48 hrs the next. guaranteed hrs.

I was wondering if there were any shortlines around here that is better or at least equal?
