Construction isn't scheduled to end until 2010 or 2011. I believe it will begin in 2008. There's a 2-year long bidding process, which hasn't even begun as of yet.

The existing platforms will be left in place. They adjoin parking lots & sidewalks to streets.

This is not the radio tower constructed within the last 10 years in conjunction with implementation of NJT's 800 MHz trunked system, correct? That tower is painted orange & white and has a microwave dish or two on it?
