SDL39 still in operation!!!

Take a look at this!

It is of WS #590, a Former Milwakee Road SDL39! The locomotive can be described as a Geep on 6 wheelled trucks.

Uh I hate to break this to you but that pic is quite old. This pic is probably from around 1992 or so. All of them do work...in Chile for FEPASA.

When did the Chileans buy them???? Also, Don't they have EXTREMELY steep grades??
