Wow, this is interesting. I came across this on Reddit, and it's somewhat mind-boggling. Without even reading remarks and comments, I identify these changes right from the top (north) part of the map:
-5 service combined into 2. Effect: no 5 on the Lexington Avenue line. The 2 splits at 180th St, instead of the 5 running concurrently with the 2 in the Bronx, including onto the White Plains Road line.
-3 service eliminated, with a shuttle as replacement at 135th St.
-C train eliminated; D only on the Concourse line.
