Noticed a train of gondolas spreading ballast on the ROW. I suppose the tie-replacement project is finished?

BTW, I was able to snap a few shots of the action right by the mall construction site at Flatbush Avenue around 11AM.

Tie work is complete. Once the ballast is dropped, the line can be tamped.
