Railfanning hotspots near Landover, MD?

hi all,
Im going to be in the area of Landover, MD this weekend (11th and 12th), and wanted to do some railfanning in the area. I was wondering if you folks knew of any hot-spots I should visit while down there. I do have access to a car, but dont wanna have to drive too far (less than 15 miles would be ideal, Im obviously not from the area and dont feel like getting lost haha) I also dont wanna stray too far, as I will be down there to attend an event which dictates my schedule. any advice would be much appreciated.

Landover and the surrounding areas are not very safe. You definately don't want to get lost around there.
