A few things; Guilford rail is out to make money and has sold everything and anything it could to make a buck, that includes it's moral safety obligations to the states it operates in. Safety cost money and anything that cost money Guilford avoids like the plague, such as minimum manning and replacing faulty equipment. It is far from the safest railroad in the nation, I would be willing to bet it's (employee) injuries are low because of intimidation and threats of dicipline to any employee injured. The message to Guilford workers- If you get hurt while on the clock; then you get a hearing for being unsafe and you get suspended or fired, end of story. Finally, this political correctness is out of control; God bless America and Merry Christmas to all! (ps. In case you forgot; Freedom of speech and Freedom of Religion are BOTH protected rights in the USA, if you don't like it, then by all means your FREE to leave!)
