does another railroad like canadian national, or canadian pacific operate GO tranist, by this i mean are CN, or CP employees also employees on GO transit trains?

Yes. Canadian Pacific operates GO trains over their line to Milton using CP employees. Canadian National used to handle the GO trains on the other (CN) lines up until June 2008 when Bombardier took over the operations.
