Looks like they got the guys stealing the code wire up around CPF-590 and CPF-587. It is because of this that the intermediate signals at 588 have been turned off.

Otto locked this on the NY State forum, saying it was already posted here. Actually, it was posted there first (even if only by 2 minutes). In fact, had it NOT been, I would never have heard of this, since I never visit this forum...
