The samples on the site looked good. I know Norm. He is very methodical. It so happens that he is one man ahead of me, on the D&H engineer roster.

and it is interesting and useful.

Wish there were similiar products for past eras.

i went ahead an bought it. for the price it was well worth it, i am very satisfied, but I also wish they were available for, say, 1976.

That is pretty impressive! CSX has a similar engineer-cum-amateur cartographer... I believe his last name was Beaver... he mapped the majority of (if not all of) the system... he originally mapped his division, and that one piece was so popular, CSX commissioned him to do the rest of the railroad.. or so the story goes! Regardless, anyone within CSX with a complete set of "Beaver" maps was/is popular, as the maps were used extensively by management for operations and marketing studies, etc.
