There are many, MANY lines on CSX that are ex-SBD. Most likely, CSX just inherited this frequency from the Seaboard System. Very rarely will larger railroads use a frequency exclusively on ONE line - they'll usually use it over several lines, sometimes spacing the distance out so that interference from other lines isn't received.

So, to answer your question, it's most likely used all over the place in ex-SBD territory.

Historically, CSX usually used either 160.590 or 161.100 as the road channel on lines that were formerly SCL. This is similar to the general use of 160.23 as the road channel on former Chessie lines and 161.370 on former L&N lines.

This is still generally true but many changes have been made over the years as the system evolved. These frequencies are good to check if you are not sure about present use but there is no guarantee that a different frequency is not in use now.
