M/W On Lakeshore Sub At MP 12

I saw some M/W guys working with a boom truck at MP 12 on the Lakeshore Sub this afternoon....any idea what they were doing there?

Big ol' caravan of MofW equipment parked in Northeast, OH right now. Don't know which way there working, but yesterday they had track 1 from QD 62 to QD 67 blocked off. We were restricted to single track between there. Theres a bunch of new rail along the row between there, one would assume they are replacing track 1.

Red Boreland and Jim Buckley were two of the m/w guys out on Friday nite between Angola and Bayview. I also heard a ballast cleaner being used out there. Man they really are doing serious m/w.
