B23-7R retirement

It seems that CSXT has recently retired its last B23-7R.
I think that unit was CSXT 3185.

If the unit was on OC property than it is more than likely off the CSX roster as this was the fate of a couple of the other Super 7's that CSX had. On a side note Ohio Central 3186, also ex CSX, was sent to Altoona, PA about two weeks ago, most likely for a new paint job.
