Who is the present owned of Colonie Shop property?

Still owned by the Big G (or Pan Am Railways, if you drink the Kool-Aid).

So when D&H went to CPR, the big G kept the colonie shops?
I've seen some neato pics of the PA's at Colonie, but if anybody knows some good websites with Colonie pics, I'm interested. I've checked the usual places and seen what railpictures and rrpicturearchives has to offer. I used to work in the overhead crane business and they've got some neat ones at colonie, but I've never seen the builders plates on 'em.

I thought the Colonie Shops were torn down a couple of years ago because of the damage from the fires?
