NS Coal Train Symbol

Heard NS 618 on the scanner yesterday in Western NY. Any idea where this trains originates/terminates?

If you look at the top of the NS forum, there's a post about NS train symbols. A look at the website associated with it lists the following routing:

618 Dickinson, WV-Indian River, DE-L

That seems to be wayyyyy out of the way to be in Western NY, but after all, I just live here.
