Metro-North Hudson Line Penn Station Access via Empire Conne

Yeah, I'm sure Amtrak doesn't want to do that. The only way I could see it is on the NY-ALB trains only, so no baggage or commissary required, and they put a TVM in there. The market would be those whose departure/arrival point is actually NY midtown.
