Reisdorf Feed Mill

Hi, does anyone know what exactly is shipped to Reisdorf's? I know it's animal feed ingredients but what? Corn, DDG, soy beans? And does the mill request specific hopper cars from storage or do they get delivered on a time basis?
I'm looking at modelling the A&A and want to know how they move the freight. Thanks.

I go through the mill regularly and it's all covered hoppers and tank cars. Doubt if they are specific cars, just whatever car happens to get loaded with whatever commodity they need.

I don't think you can go wrong in a modern interpretation just using generic cars from a lease pool. Though you will need a different locomotive...
