Dash 9 Locomotives

Which locomotives produced by GE carry this designation that CSX owns? I looked in the new CSX Loco directory and only road # 9000 was reclassified as a Dash 9-44CW.

The Bullsheet lists 9000 through 9052.

Yes, CSX #9000 through #9052 are listed as Dash 9-44CW units, although there has been an ongoing argument abouth whether or not the units should be classified as Dash 8 instead of Dash 9 units

Well internally they are Dash 9's, but externally they are Dash 8's. Just another confusing railroad classification. Just like UP calling their new GE ES44AC's CW45ACCTE.
