Hey everyone,
My family has a cabin in Southern VT, and on a hike I was lucky enough to pick up an old railroad spike that came from the "Hoot, Toot & Whistle" railroad, which was officially known as the Hossac Tunnel & Wilmington Railroad. Now, I wanted to basically make this little display thing for our cabin with the spike it in, accompanied by a little history blurb of the HT&W.
Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of a good source of information on the HT&W, and if possible, the "Hoot, Toot & Whistle" nicknamed part, which is from my understanding NW Mass. and Southern VT. If anyone has any information as to where I could find some history to add to this, it would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks!
