Catania Spagna has received $500,000 from Mass Dot for rail siding improvements at Pan Am siding in Ayer.
From Mass DOT website-
" Catania Spagna – $500,000: Ayer- Pan Am Railways rail siding track expansion and unloading improvements."

EMRY/Eastern Maine, most likely. Since Irving uses EMRY/NBSR/MNR equipment for its NB&M Track Maintenance contracts.
