Saw a picture on NErail showing a picture of the hold station with the caption saying its finally being restored. Does anyone have anymore information on this?

I drive by about once a week and have yet to see anything new being done. They have run electrical power (see the picture) across the road and to the building and boarded up every opening. Also, cleared the brush around the side, or back.

I was at the building on Friday...no new signs of life/activity. There is a for lease sign on it. The power has not been connected. They have run the underground conduit from the pole, but no wires.
