Well construction has started for the eventual reopening of the Franklin Square station. Plans call for a canopy kiosk, an elevator shaft for A.D.A. compliance, and installation for an escalator. The estimated completion date is the Spring of 2024 (though it may be sooner).

I feel like this station would be a waste of time? But I guess its in the right direction? I would to see patco extended to 30th street station maybe in the next 20 years...
