Most likely for the Winn-MP 32 section of the main line. There is a push to get that stint up to 40, with the work which was done last year I imagine all they have left to do, is throw some more ties in. Route 2 in Lincoln to the crossing by the hospital will probably remain 25 for now, considering its still a mix of lighter rail.
