Just wanted to mention that while going west bound by the On-track station by the Carosel Mall in Syracuse on Q159 Tuesday evening, I saw NYSW Sd-45 3618 parked at the On-track platform. There was a train sitting just west of the connector switch with the CSX tracks and I surmize that the crew had run out of time, cut away from their train and pulled the power to the platform to get easier access to the cab.
