Norfolk Southern GeeP 5338 is still in tattered ConRail blue, with the black patch under the cab window, with white numbers and "NS" applied.
Nothing too special there. BUT, on the frame, under the cab - engineer's side, is a CSXT metal plate affixed, like a builders type plate. Any thoughts ?
I was in another loco along side of it but could not read it as it went past.
