I'm guessing these units are for KCS or the KCS subsidiary in Mexico. The dispatcher said FEX....he probably doesn't know and doesn't care, as long as NS 309 picked them up.
I saw these units go by yesterday afternoon in Hammond, IN. As luck would have it there was another train passing by at the same time and I was on the wrong side of the tracks. These units should be making their way thru Chicago by now.
