NS 1074(DLW) coming to Boonton,N.J. 9/22

Good Intel...The URHS is working with NS to bring NS 1074 in Lackawanna paint to their open house on Sunday,Sept. 22 at the Lackawanna freight house at Boonton.
I am guessing that it will be coming from Allentown via the Washington Secondary(ex Lackawanna trackage) and NJT Morristown Line to Dover.With stations at Port Murray,Netcong,Dover and
Mountain Lakes, it might make some good photo ops.. Will have to see what day the NS H-02 crew brings it down.

The NS 1074 is planned to come out of Allentown on Wed.Sept.18 and picked up by the H-02,so it may be doing freight work as it comes East...also the NS track dept. has been cutting tree branches and brush East of
Washington yard that may scratch the passenger equipment on the Aug.24 Hoboken to Bethlehem trip and the NS 1074 on Sept. 18........
